Defensive MVP: Tyrone Crawford
Most of the focus will be on the two new edge rushers Dallas added in the off-season with Greg Hardy and Randy Gregory. Not a surprise given their colorful backgrounds, but the real ace up the sleeve for the Cowboys front will be Tyrone Crawford. The 25-year old has found a home as the starting three-technique defensive tackle, primarily responsible for providing interior pass rush.

Last season he managed three sacks and 29 QB pressures from that position despite starting the year at defensive end. Now fully ingrained in his new spot, he is going to be the catalyst for this front four, opening up opportunities for the edge rushers to shine. That is how this defense works. When he goes, it goes.
