The running back position in fantasy football is, in my opinion, the most vital aspect of your roster that you need to hit successfully on draft day. There are only so few talented running backs in the NFL today, and I wouldn’t want to be the one who misses out on the drop-off in talent. With that being said though, the running backs listed today are going to be guys that most likely won’t be drafted by the average player out there, but instead, they will be wise waiver-wire stashes.

So without further ado, here is my list of deep sleepers at the running back position for the year of 2015.

1. Buck Allen, Baltimore Ravens

Current Starter: Justin Forsett

Current Depth Chart Status: Primary Backup/Change of Pace

– Overall, I think Buck Allen can be a wise stash in your lineup in the later rounds of the draft because of his value to catch the ball in the passing game and by being the primary backup to the surprising breakout star of 2014 in Justin Forsett. In my opinion, Allen could possibly be one of the rookies that immediately breaks out this year as I’m not entirely sold on Justin Forsett staying healthy and consistent for another full season. At some point in the season, Buck Allen is going to get his opportunity, and it just depends on if you drafted him or not in your fantasy football league. Take notice now folks.
