CAROLINA PANTHERS (TEAM 80 OVR)

The best tem in the worst division of Madden 16. The top two offensive players coming in are Cam Newton and Greg Olsen, while the entire defense is stocked with high quality talent.

"For the defensive front seven, MLB Luke Kuechly (96 OVR), LOLB Thomas Davis (90 OVR), LE Charles Johnson (89 OVR), and 2nd-year man DT Star Lotulelei (98 OVR) are standouts. CB Charles Tillman (81 OVR) is a quality new addition."

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (TEAM 78 OVR)

A team stuck between contention and rebuilding, Drew Brees is once again the highest rated offensive piece, while the rest are straggling behind. Second year receiver Brandin Cooks sees an 82 while their new starting tight end Josh Hill gets an 78. Rookies Hau’oli Kikaha (66 OVR) and Stephone Anthony are expected to be mainstays in the Saints defense.

"The Saints have several quality defensive players, including Jarius Byrd (91 OVR), RE Cameron Jordan (87 OVR), and new addition CB Brandon Browner (82 OVR)."

ATLANTA FALCONS (TEAM 77 OVR)

With new head coach Dan Quinn hoping to bolster the defense, rookie Vic Beasley is looking to break though with a 77 overall. Running backs HB Tevin Coleman (74 OVR) or Davonta Freeman (75 OVR) are in the midst of a competition, with the rookie Coleman leading the way.

"QB Matt Ryan (90 OVR) still has quality targets in WRs Julio Jones (94 OVR), Roddy White (84 OVR), and Leonard Hankerson (76 OVR)."

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (TEAM 74 OVR)

Rookies are taking over the Buccaneers, mainly the offense. Rookies Ali Marpet (70 OVR) and LT Donovan Smith (67 OVR) will be protecting the top pick Jameis Winston. Defensively, big time veterans will carry that side of the ball, namely Gerald McCoy.

"The defense has some bright spots in dominant DT Gerald McCoy (93 OVR), ROLB Lavonte David (91 OVR), and CB Alterraun Verner (87 OVR)."
