Willie Young
He had 10 sacks in 2014 as a defensive end for the Chicago Bears. He’s signed to a three-year deal worth $3 million per season and now is faced with having to switch from a 4-3 scheme to a 3-4 under new coordinator Vic Fangio. That is a position Young has never played before. It wouldn’t be a surprise if it didn’t work out. In such a case it would open the door for a team that runs a 4-3 scheme, like the Giants to come calling for a possible trade. Young is only 28-years old, on a relatively cheap contract and fits their defense. All the boxes are checked.
