The real bullets don’t start flying for the next few months.  A lot can happen until then.  Still, it’s never too early to get a start on predicting the NFL schedule for 2015.  So how will thing play out heading into Week 1?

Pittsburgh Steelers at New England Patriots

Bill Belichick and Tom Brady are always hard to beat in Foxborough, but given the losses the New England Patriots suffered on defense they may be in for a bigger surprise than they realize when the high-powered Pittsburgh Steelers come to town.  No Darrelle Revis or Brandon Browner could pave the way for a huge game from Ben Roethlisberger.

Final:  PIT 27, NE 24

Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears

There is no doubt the coaching staff and roster are both in better places for the Chicago Bears than they were last season.  Still, they have a long way to go before they approach the level the Green Bay Packers occupy.  Aaron Rodgers has not lost at Soldier Field since 2010.  No reason to assume that starts here.

Final:  GB 23, CHI 14

Kansas City Chiefs at Houston Texans

This is going to be a defensive slugfest for sure, led by the two best pass rushers in the business in J.J. Watt and Justin Houston.  Don’t be surprised if the quarterback play is pretty ugly from both sides.  In the end home field and Arian Foster should be enough to help the Houston Texans win a tight one.

Final:  KC 13, HOU 17
