The nose tackle crop of the 2015 draft class was superb, but Eddie Goldman was arguably the best of the bunch. Why? Not only does he have that wide body and excellent power base to demand double teams and stop the run. His quickness and underrated explosion off the snap make him a sneaky dangerous pass rusher as well. By all rights he should’ve gone in the 1st round, so to get him with the 39th pick in the 2nd, filling a key need on their new 3-4 defense no less, must go down as outright robbery.. Defensive Tackle. Florida State. Eddie Goldman. 39. player. 57

Grade:  A

player. 57. Usually players who end up at center are there because they aren’t quite equipped to play anywhere else. That is the case for Hroniss Grasu with his slightly lacking power and shorter arms. However, one does not start 52 games for one of the best offenses in the country by being bad at what he does. Grasu is a technician with good athleticism and a nasty streak. Any time he’s been beaten, which isn’t often, it’s not because of a blown assignment. The fact he’s best friends with Pro Bowl guard Kyle Long only increases the value given their experience playing with each other.  The only slight drawback was the fact they probably could’ve traded back, gotten an extra pick and still would’ve been able to take him.. Center. Oregon. Hroniss Grasu. 71

Grade:  B+
