San Diego Chargers
1st Round Pick – Melvin Gordon, RB
Whether it was run-blocking or pass-rushing, the Chargers were bad at it. Their run-stopping ability was ranked 20th last season and their entire team only compiled 26 sacks, which was good enough for 25th in the league. They started former sixth-round pick Tourek Williams last season, but he failed to record a sack in the 15 games he played in. On the other side of the field, Melvin Ingram is due for a massive pay increase for the 2016 season when his salary grows by more than 10x what he will earn this year. Getting a younger, cheaper, and honestly more dominant pass-rusher like Randy Gregory should be a priority.
