30. How one becomes the best overall prospect in the draft isn’t based on what a guy can do, it’s based on what he can’t do.  There really isn’t a whole lot that Leonard Williams can’t do.  The USC defensive end has the size, speed, power, motor and quickness to survive and thrive in the NFL.  He can kick outside in a 3-4 as an end and has the toughness to move inside as an interior pass rusher in a 4-3.  There are nitpicky questions about his limited sack production and other small issues, but the kid is legit.  If he gets a halfway competent coordinator in the pros, he’ll do great – <a href=.
