Fifth Round (via Lions)

26. Where Dorsett brings the speed, Vince Mayle brings an element of size to the wide receiver spot for Baltimore. A former basketball player, he brings that combination of size and solid speed along with good hand-eye coordination. He was torching defenses in 2014 before his quarterback got hurt. Technically, he is very raw but the upside is huge provided he is brought along properly.. Wide Receiver. Washington State. Vince Mayle. 158. player

Fifth Round (comp)

26. Joe Flacco isn’t going anywhere as the starter, but Ozzie Newsome has good reasons to invest a later pick at quarterback. Tyrod Taylor is gone and Matt Schaub is their only backup option. Brandon Bridge has that NFL-level arm and size along with mobility and speed. First glance will remind people of Colin Kaepernick. The problem is he has limited accuracy and no understanding of a pro offense. A perfect 3rd string project.. Quarterback. South Alabama. Brandon Bridge. 171. player

Fifth Round (comp)

175. player. 26. Matt Elam has disappointed at strong safety, so the team has to look for alternatives. Erick Dargan loses points for his size and his limited speed, but scouts are in love with his instinct, intelligence and tackling prowess. He always seemed to make impact plays for Oregon (13 INTs in three years). There is special teams value alone in this pick with a chance to get much more.. Safety. Oregon. Erick Dargan

Sixth Round (via Cowboys)

26. Dennis Pitta and Owen Daniels are gone, leaving tight end in a bit of a bind for Baltimore. Gerald Christian may not seem like a solution in the 6th round, but there is value there. He’s got good height, speed and big hands for making regular catches. Never lacks concentration. Not a blocker but any stretch, but if used correctly can be another option for Flacco in the passing game.. Tight end. Louisville. Gerald Christian. 203. player
