The Dallas Cowboys are coming off of a successful 12-4 season with a controversial ending in Green Bay. Their offense was upgraded immensely in the 2014 NFL Draft when they took All-Pro guard Zack Martin. However, the Cowboys still have several holes left to fix before they become a championship-caliber team. The 2015 NFL Draft would be a great way to fill some of those needs.

CB. Wake Forest. Kevin Johnson. 27. player. 123. In my personal opinion, the glaring need on this roster is the lack of talent in the secondary, whether that be the safety or the cornerback position. The value at 27 is much higher for a cornerback at this point and quite frankly, Kevin Johnson would make a lot of sense here. He would fit in right away as a long press cornerback with terrific ball skills and hip fluidity. He can also be a factor in run support as well. This would be a great start to rebuilding that awful Dallas secondary.

Boise State. Jay Ajayi. 60. player. 123. Anytime an All-Pro player leaves your roster, that position is going to be an obvious need. Dallas did a nice job of snagging McFadden for a relatively cheap price, but he is not going to be the featured back. Word around the street is that the Cowboys are taking a running back in the first 3 rounds. With that being said, there is a strong chance this whole running back thing will be a timeshare. Enter Jay Ajayi. The best thing about him is that he doesn’t have any glaring weaknesses. He is a smash mouth runner with the ability to make quick cuts as well in the hole. An Ajayi/McFadden duo would be a dynamic one indeed considering the behemoth offensive line in front of them.. RB
