9. player. 10. The Texans lost Andre Johnson in the offseason, leaving them with only one real threat on the outside in DeAndre Hopkins, who in his own right is a solid receiver. With an oft injured Arian Foster and a bit of a question mark at quarterback, another weapon like Cooper could go along way in improving the Texans offense next season.. WR. Alabama. Amari Cooper

TJ Clemmings. 10. player. 51. Clemmings is a very good offensive tackle and fills a need for the Rams. The Rams let their right tackle, Joseph Barksdale, hit the open market, making the offensive tackle position one of need heading into the draft. The Rams just traded for Nick Foles, reportedly turning down the 19th overall pick in the process, so it would be smart of them to make sure that their new quarterback gets the protection he needs to lead the Rams next season.. OT. Pittsburgh

60. While the Vikings just traded for Mike Wallace, they could still use another receiving option. Wallace is a good deep threat, but isn’t necessarily a possession receiver and Patterson is a very inconsistent threat, disappearing in games time and time again. Parker is a big, physical presence on the outside who can be a consistent and reliable receiver for Bridgewater for years to come.. WR. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 11. player

53. The Browns war room will be ecstatic to see that Shelton has fallen to them with the 12th overall pick. While the Browns could use another receiving threat, this draft is rich with receivers, allowing the Browns to address another one of their needs heading into the draft.. NT. Washington. Danny Shelton. 12. player
