Nov 29, 2014; Louisville, KY, USA; Louisville Cardinals wide receiver DeVante Parker (9) runs the ball against the Kentucky Wildcats during the second half at Papa John

15. The Saints recently traded Kenny Stills leaving a big hole at receiver. Drew Brees is going to need weapons to compensate for the players they’ve lost so far this offseason. DeVante Parker is one of the top receivers in this draft class and would make an excellent fit across from Marques Colston. The Super Bowl window is closing for New Orleans (if it isn’t already closed) and Brees is going to need talented playmakers to make a run.. WR. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 13. player

The Dolphins upgraded their front seven with the monstrous Ndamukong Suh — it only makes sense to add a young, talented cornerback to benefit from the pressure that Suh, Cameron Wake, and Olivier Vernon will generate on a weekly basis. Marcus Peters is my top cornerback in the draft and honestly it’s not even close. He’ll be able to provide lockdown coverage which will be paramount if the Dolphins are going to topple the Patriots for the AFC East crown.. CB. Washington. Marcus Peters. 14. player. 59

DT/DE. Oregon. Arik Armstead. 15. player. 42. The 49ers are going through a major overhaul this offseason. Patrick Willis has already retired and Justin Smith is heavily considering retirement. It’s time for Jim Tomsula, the former defensive line coach for the 49ers, to bring in his type of players. Arik Armstead is a massive defensive line prospect who has unbelievable upside. Tomsula may believe he has the ability to coach up a talent like Armstead. If he can, he’ll have one hell of a defensive lineman on his squad.

10. The Texans shored up some of their defensive concerns when they re-signed cornerback Kareem Jackson and signed safety Rahim Moore. Now, they can turn their attention to offense. In the wake of losing Andre Johnson, the Texans need an upgrade at wide receiver. Nelson Agholor has drawn comparisons to Reggie Wayne and would be a good complement to DeAndre Hopkins. Agoholor has the speed to stretch defenses and solid return ability.. WR. USC. Nelson Agholor. 16. player
