17. San Diego Chargers

player. 13. Finding offensive line help is another option but the San Diego Chargers really need to get their run defense squared away after an ugly 2014 season. The spot that needs the most attention is nose tackle. Malcom Brown has the preferred size for the position but also has advanced hand technique and quickness that makes him a threat on passing downs.. Defensive Tackle. Texas. Malcom Brown. 17

18. Kansas City Chiefs

An overhaul at receiver is needed for the Kansas City Chiefs.  The lack of playmaking skill at the position is evident.  Thankfully a stroke of good fortune lands them DeVante Parker.  The Louisville product has everything they could want including size, hands and deep speed.  Andy Reid will find uses for him right away.. Wide Receiver. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 18. player. 124

19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo)

53. For pure physical talent, there aren’t much better in this class than Arik Armstead. At 6’8″, 300 lbs he is the prototypical defensive end for a 3-4 scheme and already stout at stopping the run, something the Browns need a lot of help with. To top it off he has the athletic upside to become a legitimate pass rusher as well.. Defensive End. Oregon. Arik Armstead. 19. player

20. Houston Texans (via Tampa Bay)

Washington. Marcus Peters. 20. player. 10. Kareem Jackson could be on his way out.  That leaves a void for the Houston Texans to fill at cornerback.  Marcus Peters has some red flags around his name after his dismissal from Washington, but his size and athleticism are a great fit for their defense..
