5. St. Louis Rams (via Washington)

Quarterback. Florida State. Jameis Winston. 5. player. 51. Jeff Fisher is smart enough to know the window is open for his St. Louis Rams to go after a title, but that isn’t possible until they get a legitimate quarterback under center. So the St. Louis Rams do what they have to do, trading up with Washington to secure the rights to Jameis Winston.

6. New York Jets

Randy Gregory. 6. player. 30. More than likely the New York Jets will look to free agency for help in the secondary, so they might consider adding some help with their edge rush in the draft. Randy Gregory is a great fit for their 3-4 scheme given his length and burst. Immensely high ceiling but needs the right coaching.. Defensive End. Nebraska

7. Cleveland Browns (via Chicago)

player. 53. With Kevin White somehow still on the board, the Cleveland Browns decide to pounce before anybody else does. They jump up to secure the West Virginia standout with his 6’3″ frame and 4.35 speed. He will make a needed addition to a passing attack that is totally devoid of proven receivers.. Wide Receiver. West Virginia. Kevin White. 7

8. Atlanta Falcons

8. player. 44. Nothing can be solved on the Atlanta Falcons defense until they add some sort of bite to their pass rush. In many ways Shane Ray is perfect for them. Not only he is polished in his technique and a good fit for their scheme, but he also brings that attitude and relentlessness teammates tend to feed off of during games.. Defensive End. Missouri. Shane Ray
