October 5, 2014; Santa Clara, CA, USA; Kansas City Chiefs center Rodney Hudson (61) blocks during the third quarter against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi

Centers

Kansas City. Rodney Hudson. 1. player. 46. Getting tougher up front has become priority for the Indianapolis Colts.  Not only do they need a running back, but also offensive linemen who play physical.  That was what Rodney Hudson was all about for the Chiefs and could bring the same to Indy.. C

Stefen Wisniewski. 2. player. 51. Any sort of improvment up front is critical for the St. Louis Rams.  Stefen Wisniewski didn’t grade out well last year but he also didn’t allow many sacks and is still a good, young player.  He should provide much-needed pass protection and experience on the interior.. C. Oakland

Chicago. Brian De La Puente. 3. player. 13. Before getting hurt, Brian Del La Puente played quite well for the Bears in stints at guard and center.  With Nick Hardwick retiring and their guard situation a mess, this is a signing that can work in a number of ways for the San Diego Chargers.. C

Indianapolis. A.Q. Shipley. 4. player. 44. Protecting Matt Ryan remains top priority for the Atlanta Falcons on offense but they also need to open up the ground game.  A.Q. Shipley proved he could do that for the Colts during his limited opportunity.  He’s not flashy but he’s experienced and better than average.. C

player. 50. At age 32, Will Montgomery is hoping for one more decent contract.  He had a solid year for the Broncos and graded out well in pass protection.  That should be enough for the Detroit Lions, who seek a replacement for Dominic Raiola.. C. Denver. Will Montgomery. 5
