Inside linebacker was a real weak point for Oakland last season.  Miles Burris and every other experiment didn’t work.  They may seek help in free agency but they should also use a draft pick too.  Stephone Anthony proved at Clemson and at the scouting combine that he’s a good athlete for the position with size and speed.  However, it will be questions about his instincts that drop him to the 4th round.. From a pure physical standpoint, Karlos Williams has it all.  He’s big for a running back at 6’1″ with a solid 230 lbs frame and sub-4.5 speed.  The vision is good, able to locate holes quickly.  Also has positive marks on pass catching and pass protection.  His major issue is character.  Not only was he investigated on a battery charge, he also lost his starting job to a freshman, bringing up questions of his commitment to the game.. Western Michigan. Donald Celiscar. 163. player. 28. This is an interesting case.  Donald Celiscar is a physical corner with a great nose for the football and is at his best in press coverage.  The problem?  He ran a 4.62 in the 40-yard dash, revealing a lack of deep speed that would expose him against NFL receivers.  A good defensive coordinator can work around that problem, but his skill set also could make him the ideal candidate for a switch to safety where the speed problem is less pronounced.. Washington. Micah Hatchie. 196. player. 28. Stefen Wisniewski is a free agent and it seems like he may not be back.  So the Oakland Raiders have to consider addressing the center position.  It seems a little late here but Micah Hatchie is better than his 7th round tag might indicate.  He’s a tackle at Washington, but his lack of athleticism will push him inside.  What makes him an ideal center is his intelligence and refined technique, both of which he maximizes on every play.  He’s not perfect but there are starter qualities there given enough time..
