Is that time of the year again! Time to project what Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys might have up their sleeve as we enter draft season. In this Dallas Cowboys mock draft, we make full predictions for each of the team’s picks, throwing out names that would make perfect sense once the Draft rolls around.

Without further ado, let’s get to the action. Here’s a look at a few prospects the Cowboys should be targeting heading into the 2015 NFL Draft. As a reminder, this isn’t a pick-by-pick mock draft. These are “round fits” for who Dallas could benefit from targeting if they end up picking in each round.

Stay tuned to NFL Mocks for full NFL Draft coverage leading up to the main event on April 30th.

Round One

Eddie Goldman. 1. player. 123. Dallas could truly go anywhere with this pick. Goldman at 27 would be a fantastic value for this class that has tons of talent at this position. I had the Cowboys taking LB Paul Dawson in my last mock, but his off-field concerns forced me to make another selection here. Dallas can benefit from Goldman’s skills.. DT. Florida State

Round Two

CB. Wake Forest. Kevin Johnson. 2. player. 123. The Cowboys are going to need more help in the defensive backfield if they want to stay consistent. Sticking with the theme of bolstering the defense, they grab Johnson, a player that can grow into a legitimate starter in the NFL. Don’t be shocked to see Dallas make the decision to go defense-heavy with this class.

Round Three

Michigan State. Taiwan Jones. 3. player. 123. I wanted to grab a linebacker with one of the first two picks, but the opportunity simply didn’t present itself. I label Jones as a “late round three” player, so this is the perfect option. Dallas has to do something about their linebacking corps if they want to be a real contender for years to come. Jones has upside and a strong ability to play agains the run.. LB
