The exact discussions of the interview process are kept under wraps, but there is always a buzz to be heard from year to year regarding certain players. In this regard, Jameis Winston has clearly left Mariota in his dust. All reports out of the combine are he’s been knocking his meetings out of the park.

The big selling point has been his uncanny IQ. His ability to get the game of football at every level and spit it out almost without having to think about it is incredible. Meanwhile, Mariota has a clean record but his lack of having to absorb a playbook as pro quarterbacks must will certainly hamper him in this category.
