The one-year rental by the New York Giants ended in disaster after just two game when Walter Thurmond tore his pectoral.  Now he’s back on the market and don’t be surprised if the Seattle Seahawks bring him home.  He was a key part of their 2013 championship team and sorely missed during their tragic defeat in Super Bowl XLIX.. CB. New York. Walter Thurmond. 6. player. 36

Arizona. Antonio Cromartie. 7. player. 30. The Arizona Cardinals may want him back but they don’t have the money to afford it at this point.  Antonio Cromartie has every reason to seek a reunion with the New York Jets.  He knows the town and a lot of the current players.  They have a serious need at cornerback and also have the money to spend.. 28. The Green Bay Packers are one of those teams who aren’t shy about letting older players go.  Tramon Williams, their most reliable corner for years has approached that point at age 32.  Still, he’s got some juice left to give.  The Oakland Raiders need help in their secondary and GM Reggie McKenzie used to work in Green Bay.. CB. Green Bay. Tramon Williams. 8. player

9. player. 123. Corner play was anything but exemplary for the Dallas Cowboys in 2014.  At best it was inconsistent and really hurt them in some key games, including the playoff loss to the Packers.  Charles Tillman isn’t a long-term answer, but he knows the system under Rod Marinelli and has proven he can still play when healthy.. CB. Chicago. Charles Tillman

San Francisco. Perrish Cox. 10. player. 42. Having started a full season for the first time in his career in 2014, Perrish Cox made the most of it by snagging five interceptions for the San Francisco 49ers.  With so many other players to deal with and little cap space available, bringing back Cox will be a cheap alternative they can’t ignore..
