6. player. 30. J-A-M-E-I-S to the J-E-T-S. In reality, why not? This team has to make a move for a quarterback this offseason, and the free agent market is dreadful. Unless they want to put their chips in the Geno Smith basket for another year (sigh…) Winston has to be the pick if he’s available.. QB. Florida State. Jameis Winston

Here’s a guy that impresses every time you turn on the tape. The Chicago defense must bring in young, talented athletes that can make big plays in big moments. Thompson certainly has top-10 talent.. LB. Washington. Shaq Thompson. 7. player. 57

Here’s another edge rusher that is going to impress in a big way once he takes the big stage. He managed to be Clemson’s most impressive defender last year, and boosted his stock with a very nice season on tape. This is a much-needed hole filled for the Falcons.. OLB. Clemson. Vic Beasley. 8. player. 44

Alabama. Landon Collins. 9. player. 31. Collins is this year’s Alabama defender that simply projects well for the NFL. Last year, we knew C.J Mosley was going to fit in perfectly in Baltimore; this year Collins takes that spot. The G-Men need a physical presence and must address the glaring need at safety early.. S

51. I’ll get criticism for this one, but if St. Louis stays at 10, they’ll want to grab a weapon on offense that can do big things. White’s frame and big-play ability makes him a great selection just inside the top-10.. WR. West Virginia. Kevin White. 10. player

60. I was on the fence with this one, but this pick became a sure thing once the Bridgewater connection clicked. Parker would bring a perfect presence to the Minnesota offense, and a nice weapon for Bridgewater to grow with.. WR. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 11. player

53. Cleveland fans want an offensive weapon here, and they get it. It might not be at the position they’d like, but Clemmings can seriously help build this offense back to the top. He’s going to surprise some people in the NFL.. OT. Pittsburgh. T.J. Clemmings. 12. player

Dante Fowler Jr.. 13. player. 15. Falling this far, Fowler Jr. had to be taken off the board. New Orleans needs a pass-rushing weapon, and they need it quickly. Fowler can fit in the defensive scheme, and can bring a physical, frightening force to the NFC South.. EDGE. Florida

No, Miami fans, I’m not budging with this pick. Williams is the best TE in the class, and the Dolphins are in a tricky spot at 14. Tannehill will love Williams for years to come — he’ll be a major factor in his success.. TE. Minnesota. Maxx Williams. 14. player. 59

Shane Ray. 15. player. 42. Ray will experience a bit of a draft-day slide, but he shouldn’t last after 15. The 49ers must help the edge, and Ray can bring a good presence from the edge.. DE. Missouri
