His value to the Green Bay Packers offense was never more evident than in 2014.  Randall Cobb is a nightmare for defenses to guard, especially with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback.  The team doesn’t want to break up that connection.  They don’t have a ton of space, but they have enough to ensure he stays.. Pernell McPhee. 12. player. 26. Ozzie Newsome isn’t afraid to let players walk, but he also prefers to keep them if he can. The Baltimore Ravens need to keep their younger pass rushers in house what with Terrell Suggs and Elvis Dumervil getting olders.  Pernell McPhee is their top priority.  Newsome will need to create some breathing space but isn’t severely hampered.. OLB. Baltimore

54. Chip Kelly got the best season out of Jeremy Maclin in his young career, coming off a knee injury no less.  Maclin won’t want to part from that, especially with Nick Foles set to return healthy.  Besides, the Philadelphia Eagles aren’t loaded at receiver so keeping Maclin is necessary.. WR. Philadelphia. Jeremy Maclin. 13. player

player. 50. The ever likelier departure of Ndamukong Suh threatens to leave a big void in the center of the Detroit Lions defensive front.  That makes the retention of Nick Fairley critical.  While not at Suh’s level, he’s still an excellent interior pass rusher in his own right and can help keep Detroit respectable once healthy.. DT. Detroit. Nick Fairley. 14

player. 42. There is a lot of work to do for Jim Tomsula as the San Francisco 49ers try to move on from the Harbaugh era.  A big part of that is not allowing his Pro Bowl guard Mike Iupati to walk away from an offense that is already showing signs of decline.  They need him anchoring the left side next to Joe Staley so their run game remains strong.. OG. San Francisco. Mike Iupati. 15
