Fourth Round

44. Like the Sean Weatherspoon situtation, the Falcons may not be able to rely on a healthy William Moore for the season. Pair that with the disappointing display from Kemal Ishmael and Dezmen Southward, and safety is a area of concern for the Falcons. Smith has been a ballhawk over his career at Fresno State and would provide competition in the defensive backfield.. FS. Fresno State. Derron Smith. 104. player

Fifth Round

44. The Falcons offensive line was a huge weak point for them this past season. Adding depth along the offensive line will be a priority with Mike Johnson, Gabe Carimi, and Jonathan Scott set to be unrestricted free agents.. OG. Notre Dame. Christian Lombard. 138. player

Sixth Round

44. The run game wasn’t effective in Atlanta this past season but there was a beacon of hope for the future in rookie Devonta Freeman. Freeman and veteran Antone Smith possess good speed, but a power back could be in their offseason plans with Steven Jackson’s skills rapidly declining. Kenny Hilliard could be the power element that the Falcons offense currently lacks.. RB. LSU. Kenny Hilliard. 169. player

Seventh Round

44. Adding cornerback depth is a need for the Falcons this offseason as Robert McClain is set to become a free agent. White can contribute as a fourth cornerback and on special teams.. CB. TCU. Kevin White. 200. player

Leon Orr has some character issues as he reportedly left Florida’s football team over his playing time. However, as the penultimate pick in the draft, he’s talented enough to take a late round flier on.. DT. Florida. Leon Orr. 223. player. 44
