player. 60. Minnesota can’t win with Teddy Bridgewater if they don’t provide some help. Parker slipping out of the top-10 is going to happen — the questions will begin here at 11 with Minnesota. Unless something drastically changes, Parker simply makes sense.. WR. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 11

Before you question why Cleveland didn’t get a receiver here, think about this: the number of elite playmakers on the defense this year is extremely low. Too many players come with a large risk, something the Browns won’t have to worry about with Fowler. He can play all over and will help this defense continue to be one of the best in the AFC.. OLB. Florida. Dante Fowler Jr.. 12. player. 53

CB. Michigan State. Trae Waynes. 13. player. 15. The secondary in New Orleans needs to improve. It’s that simple. I’ll admit that I don’t scout CBs until after the NFL Scouting Combine, but many trusted talent evaluators have told me that they feel Waynes is the best in the class. If that’s the case, the Saints can benefit in a big way here.

59. Surprise! With this pick, the Dolphins allow Ryan Tannehill to take the next step everyone is looking for. Williams is the best in the class by a large margin and the need for a true playmaker and security blanket is huge in Miami. With any team, Williams will be an early favorite for Offensive Rookie of the Year.. TE. Minnesota. Maxx Williams. 14. player

DE. Georgia. Shane Ray. 15. player. 42. I’m not as high on Ray as many, but this pick would fit well. Ray has a high ceiling if he puts in the work with a legitimate NFL coaching staff. San Francisco absolutely must get younger and more athletic up front.
