Four more teams are set in place for the 2015 NFL mock draft.  How does it impact the latest round of picks and trades?

#1 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Marcus Mariota – QB – Oregon

A difference-maker is needed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at quarterback.  Yes they’ve been connected to Winston but a hunch played here says their minds will change after they watch Marcus Mariota in the national championship game.

#2 – Tennessee Titans – Leonard Williams – DE – USC

Outside pass rusher is a need but when it comes to talent, Leonard Williams feels like much more of a sure thing.  So the Tennessee Titans play it smart and pair the USC lineman with rising star Jurrell Casey.

#3 – Jacksonville Jaguars – Brandon Scherff – OT – Iowa

Picking up the nasty is something the Jacksonville Jaguars want to get done in 2015, offensively and defensively.  Brandon Scherff brings plenty of that, along with blocking prowess and the power to drive defenders off the ball.

#4 – Oakland Raiders – DeVante Parker – WR – Louisville

This pick is going to shock a lot of people but honestly there isn’t a lot of separation amongst the top receivers.  So why do the Oakland Raiders take DeVante Parker?  Well in addition to speed, he has the desired size (6’3”) NFL receivers are known for.
