For a lot of teams, it’s still playoff season, but for many NFL teams it’s already time to start looking forward to the NFL Draft. The staff here at NFLMocks.com wanted to take a stab at a 2015 NFL Mock Draft playing the roles of GM for a few different teams.

As with any mock draft, we had disagreements and some picks that we liked more than others, and we even allowed trades (though there weren’t many). Obviously between now and the actual 2015 NFL Draft, things will change up quite a bit with free agency and trades shaking the order and team needs, but for now, here’s how we see the draft unfolding.

28. Sayres pick — I hate to be boring, but I don’t think the Raiders are going to take a wide receiver or running back with the first overall pick. Instead, they get a top level defender who is probably a notch below what other top defensive tackles like Ndamukong Suh or Gerald McCoy were coming out, but he’s a great inside-outside player that will pair well with Khalil Mack on the Raiders’ defensive front seven.. DT. USC. Leonard Williams. 1. player

QB. Oregon. Marcus Mariota. 2. player. 35. TRADE: Titans and Bucs swap picks in the first round — Erik’s pick: This seems like a no-brainer but we’ll see what the Titans choose to do with Jake Locker and Zach Mettenberger. Mariota is a gifted quarterback and athlete who is my top QB in this year’s draft.

48. Mickey’s pick — Randy Gregory is obviously a top flight pass rusher, probably the best edge rusher in this year’s class. The Bucs would get a huge upgrade on their defensive front here pairing Gregory with Michael Johnson.. DE. Nebraska. Randy Gregory. 3. player

Joe’s pick — Getting a bookend for Luke Joeckel here, Andrus Peat is rising up draft boards quickly. He’d be an interesting selection for a talented young Jacksonville team.. OT. Stanford. Andrus Peat. 4. player. 52

30. Sayre’s pick — Winston is a controversial player but some team is going to over-value him, I think. If he is done at FSU, he’s going to be one of the most talked about players in the NFL all offseason and throughout his career.. QB. Florida State. Jameis Winston. 5. player

31. Erik’s pick — The Giants, always on the lookout for top pass rush prospects and great athletes get a heck of an athlete here in Ray, who could wind up being a major steal for them at this juncture even.. DE. Missouri. Shane Ray. 7. player

87. Joe’s pick — Scherff is a bruising, mauling tackle prospect who projects well to guard in the NFL as well. Wherever he winds up, he’ll have a long career.. OL. Iowa. Brandon Scherff. 8. player
