#5 – St. Louis Rams – Jameis Winston – QB – Florida State

Jeff Fisher knows the key to his coaching tenure with the St. Louis Rams is to fix the quarterback position.  The risks don’t get any higher than with Jameis Winston.  So talented and able, but a huge character risk.

#6 – Washington Redskins – Andrus Peat – OT – Stanford

Dominating the line of scrimmage is something the Washington Redskins offensive line has not done.  Outside of Trent Williams their blocking is questionable at best.  Adding the massive, strong and versatile Andrus Peat can give them so much more stability.

#7 – Jacksonville Jaguars (f/HOU) – Brandon Scherff – OT – Iowa

Running the ball and protecting the quarterback are cornerstones of the Gus Bradley offense, which means stout blockers up front, which the Jacksonville Jaguars do not have.  Brandon Scherff is a mauler out of Iowa who plays left tackle but has the size and power for the right side as well.

#8 – Pittsburgh Steelers (f/MIN) – Marcus Peters – CB – Washington

Trade:  #11 pick, 3rd in ’15 and 2nd in ’16 for Vikings #8 pick

Ike Taylor may be done and the Pittsburgh Steelers defense is finding out how hard life may be without him.  They have to get help at corner.  Marcus Peters is fiery, brash and a gifted athlete who can match wide receivers in man coverage and take away the football.
