What is there left to say about the Dallas Cowboys that hasn’t already been said? They aren’t changing head coaches, they aren’t changing their quarterback, and they aren’t changing their owner/GM.
With Jerry Jones calling the shots in terms of personnel, I don’t feel like the Cowboys can get pushed over the top. He needs to hire someone whose sole job it is to pick the people necessary to win a Super Bowl.

Cowboys Top Needs
1. Defensive End
Replacing departed DeMarcus Ware with Jeremy Mincey won’t cut it. The Cowboys need to use a high pick on a defensive end.
2. Defensive Tackle
With Henry Melton signed, the Cowboys have a potentially high upside player at DT but they still need to add some more bodies up front.
3. Safety
With Barry Church and J.J. Wilcox, the Cowboys have a couple of guys who are at least returning starters but they could try and bring someone in to compete with Wilcox and push him a bit.
4. Guard
5. Linebacker
6. Running Back
