The Tennessee Titans moved on from Mike Munchak as their head coach, and decided to go with former Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt, who led the San Diego Chargers’ offense this past year.

Whisenhunt added former Cardinals and Browns defensive coordinator Ray Horton to the staff in Tennessee, a guy who has done amazing work with his units in recent years. Horton is set to transform the Titans’ defense into a 3-4 defensive look so there will be some major changes being made.

The Titans haven’t made many huge moves in free agency but added some nice pieces in former Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard and former Ravens offensive tackle Michael Oher.

Titans Top Team Needs

1. Pass Rusher

The Titans are moving to a 3-4 defense and need some edge rushers. They will be looking hard at this position with their top pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

2. Running Back

Is Chris Johnson going to be a Titan by the time the season starts? There are huge questions surrounding this position for Tennessee who may prefer a bruiser in the backfield with Ken Whisenhunt as the head coach.

3. Cornerback

With Alterraun Verner gone, the Titans have to replace a young Pro Bowl cornerback. They have drafted Blidi Wreh-Wilson and Coty Sensabaugh the last two seasons, but I think they’ll use a pick on this position again in 2014.

4. Quarterback

5. Offensive Tackle
