It’s tough to believe an NFL season has already come and gone. The Seattle Seahawks proved with their Super Bowl win that building with a tough, physical, athletic group of defenders you can really accomplish a lot. Having a good young QB in Russell Wilson doesn’t hurt, either, but the way they built that defense with size, speed, and toughness made way more of a difference than I ever saw coming.

The NFL is as big as ever, and teams like the Seahawks are setting a bar for what you want to strive for in this generation of the game.
