You better get your popcorn ready for the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl on Saturday evening.

That’s right. You read that right.

If you’re a fan of the NFL Draft, or your team is picking in the top 15 this year, you might want to tune in to one of college football’s most obscure bowl games on Saturday, if for no other reason than to watch star pass rusher Khalil Mack.

Buffalo’s rising superstar has followed up an outstanding junior season with a stellar senior campaign, notching 94 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks, three interceptions (two that went for TDs), six passes broken up, five forced fumbles, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree.

There is no part of the stat sheet that Mack has not impressed in. He is a complete beast, and scouts are comparing his game to Von Miller’s.

In a draft that features Jadeveon Clowney (potentially) and Anthony Barr (potentially), senior Khalil Mack is one of the most overlooked and underrated players even though he’s likely going to be a top 10 selection come May.

If your team is in the market for a pass rusher, give this kid a look. He is a 6’3″ 250 pound linebacker with quickness, strength, and a knack for making plays in the offensive backfield.

This is an exciting prospect and one that is going to gain a ton of steam heading into the 2014 NFL Draft, so study up now.
