Scouting Report/Player Notes

One of the top small-school prospects available in the 2013 class of players. Decent straight line speed and outstanding overall athletic ability. Excellent return specialist, could be an instant contributor in that area when he gets to the NFL. Willing and aggressive tackler, but with his size might struggle with some of the bigger receivers in this league. Can go up and make plays on the ball. Been a steady performer his entire college career, and a guy who I think can make an impact in the NFL with the right coaching. I see no reason why he can’t be a starter eventually and make an impact in the return game as well.
