65. Indianapolis Colts-Billy Winn, DL, Boise State

The Colts are going to be transitioning from a 43 to a 34 defense over the next two years and they need a defensive linemen who offers versatility and talent. At one point during the season Winn was considered a late first round prospect so the value here is pretty good for a guy who can play 34 DE and even some 43 DT. Winn gives the Colts some girth up front they need too.

66. St. Louis Rams-Bobbie Massie, T, Ole Miss

The Rams need to find another tackle to pair with Saffold. The Rams must decide if Saffold could bounce back and  be the franchise LT of the future they thought he could be after last season or if he’s better suited for the Right Tackle spot.

67. Minnesota Vikings-Reuben Randle, WR, LSU

The value here is with offensive playmakers with Randle and Chris Polk still available here, Coby Fleener as well. The Vikings drafted Kyle Rudolph last year who looks promising. Randle can stretch the field and is good value here. Randle wasn’t featured as LSU, which can hurt his draft stock, but he has second round type ability.

68. Cleveland Browns-Audie Cole, LB, North Carolina State

Cole is a guy I think can play 43 OLB as well as 43 MLB. With their first three picks in this mock the Browns have drafted all offense (something I’d be surprised if they did in the real draft) so they look to bolster their defense here. Cole is one of the best defenders left on the board and fills a position of need.

69. Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Jayron Hosley, CB, Virgina Tech

Few players stock has suffered as much as Hosley, who will have to do a lot of work to get back into the second day. Hosley is undersized, but has been a ball hawk for the Hokies secondary.

70. Washington Redskins-Tommy Streeter, WR, Miami Hurricanes

Since Shanahan took over the Redskins they have been very intrigued by guys who have great straight line speed who can stretch the field. Streeter is that kind of player. He reminds me of a better catching, slightly slower version of Darrius Hewyard Bey which is good value in round three. Streeter has worlds of upside.

71. Jacksonville Jaguars-Casey Hayward, CB, Vanderbilt

Hayward could be a steal here I’ve been looking to get him selected a little earlier, but that didn’t happen. The Jagaurs passing defense was statistically impressive, but I think that is more smoke and mirrors than from talent and Hayward has a lot of ability, and is what people would generally call a “safe” prospect. The Jaguars could use a safe prospect or too int his draft to bolster their draft success rate and improve the overall talent and depth of this team.

72. Buffalo Bills-Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford Cardinal

I’m of the opinion that the Bills need to find more weapons on offense. They are a team that thrived with a quick passing game and a terrific Fred Jackson, but without Jackson they looked very vulnerable on offense. Scott Chandler is an average tight end, but Fleener could be well above average. They spent the last two drafts spending a lot of picks on defense and I suspect they’ll add some offensive play makers early this year.

73. Chicago Bears (via Carolina Panthers)-Levy Addock, T, Oklahoma State

The Bears seem to have offensive line issues every year so grabbing a tackle in the third round who looks like a really good candidate to play RT for a long time is a good move, especially if Gabe Carimi can make the transition to LT. At the very least he provides depth at Tackle and guard.

74. Miami Dolphins-Kevin Zeitler, G, Wisconsin

Zeitler is good value here and fits a position of need. The Dolphins need to improve the right side of their offensive line and with the addition of Zeitler they can do that by playing him at LG and moving some pieces over, or trying him at RG and see if he fits there.

75. Kansas City Chiefs-Brandon Washington, OL Miami Hurricanes

Washington could easily end up higher than this, but goes here to the Chiefs who are looking to solidify their tackle position.

76. Seattle Seahawks-LaMichael James, RB, Oregon

A combo of Lynch and James could be deadly for opposing defenses. The Seahawks have spent a lot of resources on improving the horses up front, so they can afford to add a player with this kind of dynamic ability here. With the additions of Gallery, Carpenters, Moffit,  Okung, Decastro,  the past two years the Seahawks might have the best OL in football.

77.Philadelphia Eagles-Chris Polk, RB, Washington

The Eagles don’t generally take players like Polk in the draft, but could diverge from their pattern for Polk. The Eagles struggled for two big reasons last year. One early season defensive performances. Two)bad red-zone offense. Polk can help with that, Polk also is great insurance for McCoy, because he can run and catch the football.

78. New York Jets-Matt Reynolds, T, BYU

Reyonlds is a powerful run blocker who could step in immediately and play RT for the Jets next year. I think the Jets number one goal this off-season will be to fix the run game and Reynolds could be a good start.

79. Oakland Raiders- forfeited Terrelle Pryor

80. San Diego Chargers-Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech

The Chargers might lose Vincent Jackson in Free agency and if they do they are going to need to get another WR. Hill fits the mold of what they look for.

81. Chicago Bears-Jake Bequette, DE, Arkasnas

It seems likely to me that with the very strong WR FA class that the Bears will address that position during free agency before the N.F.L. draft. I think they could use another player to rush the passer opposite Julius Peppers and Bequette has reclaimed his value at this point.

82. Arizona Cardinals-Jonathan Massaqoui, OLB,Troy

The Cardinals need to find someone to rush the passer, and they have to do that either in rd 1 or rd 3 because of the Kolb trade.

83. Dallas Cowboys-Michael Brewster, C, Ohio State

Brewster has been disappointing and there are now a lot of questions about whether or not he can handle nose tackles because of a lack of strength and an inability to maintain a great base.

84. Tennessee Titans-Leonard Johnson, CB, Iowa State

There are people who love Johnson, I’m not there yet. I have to see some more of him, he’s one of the guys I’ll watch closely at the combine. He plays tough and with great fundamentals, but does he have enough athletic ability. I’m not sure yet. This real good value here.

85. Cincinnati Bengals-George Iloka, S, Boise State

Iloka wowed at the Senior Bowl and has really put himself in this draft range.

86. Atlanta Falcons-Mitchell Schwqartz, OT, California

The Falcons will look to add an OL with one of their first two picks, I imagine. Because Thompson was too good value in 2nd round, they wait until the 3rd round to select an OL.

87. Detroit Lions-Andrew Datko, T, Florida State

He’s only available here because of fan injury. The Lions need to find the future replacement for Jeff Backus and sooner rather than later.

88. Pittsburgh Steelers-Lucas Nix, G, Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers could always use some more talent and depth along the offensive line.

89. Denver Broncos-Nick Foles, QB, Arizona

I don’t think the Broncos will actively seek out a QB, but if some crazy situation arose where Foles was available in the late 3rd round they would draft him for sure.

90. Houston Texans-Kendall Reyes, DL, UCONN

The Texans have so much talent I think they will add the best player available on their board in each round. You can never have too many talented defensive linemen.

91. New Orleans Saints-Harrison Smith, S, Norte Dame

The Saints secondary isn’t very good. Harrison Smith is loved by some (Mayock for one-and Mayock broadcasts Norte Dame Games) because he’s big, pretty athletic, and a very smart player.

92. Green Bay Packers-Bernard Pierce, RB, Temple

Best player available on my board goes to the Packers.

93. Baltimore Ravens-Kirk Cousins, QB, Michigan State

Ravens fans might be groaning at this pick and with some reason, but this is akin to the Patritos taken Ryan Mallett last year, or the Eagles taking Kevin Kolb. You hope that Cousins develops for a year or two and who knows what kind of value he might be able to get out of him, maybe an early 2nd round pick or even two second round picks down the road. Likelihood is in a league where quarterbacks are always over-drafted Cosuins comes off the board earlier than this.

94. San Fracisco 49ers-Josh Norman, CB, Coastal Carolina

This is a value pick. Norman was one of the most impressive players at the Senior Bowl, which is big for a guy coming from a smaller school. Norman might go as high as the middle of the second round so the value here is pretty good.

95. New England Patriots-Brian Quick, WR, Appalachian State

The Patriots will add a player who can catch balls down the field in free agency or the draft. You can gurantee that. The lack of a vertical threat cost the Patriots the Superbowl this year.

96. New York Giants-Travis Lewis, LB, Oklahoma Sooners

Terrific value for a guy who was once thought of as a first round pick. Lewis has rumors swirling around him about his ability to assimilate into a locker room, but more importantly has battled nagging injuries in his final seasons at Oklahoma as his production dropped. This pick could be similar to the Giants pick of Mario Manningham they made with the last pick in the 2008 N.F.l. draft.
