The Jets signed the ex-con wide receiver to a 1 year $3 million contract. All the Jets did was replace one criminal wide receiver for another. The other criminal I am referring to is Braylon Edwards, who is still out on the market, but does not appear to be headed back to the Jets

Philly definitely has been the biggest winner of free agency on paper. Though I don’t love the Jason Babin signing. Was last year a fluke or a sneak peek into the future. Babin was with the Eagles in 2009, where he played in 12 games and registered 2.5 sacks. The Eagles must have seen something they liked from him though to sign him back to their team .
