NFL Mocks Signs New Writer Tanner Thoms

Tanner Thoms is an aspiring sportswriter with a love for football that would make you want to say “why don’t you marry football then?”

Here’s a few words from NFL Mocks’ latest addition:

Hello,

I was confronted about this offer from fellow writer, Sayre Bedinger, who has been a close friend of mine for over four years.

I’m a huge Minnesota Vikings fan, but I do enjoy writing about other teams, because it gives me the chance to see what it’s like to be in somebody else’ shoes.

I feel as though I am a mock draft “expert”. I’ve truly been writing mock drafts since I was in the sixth grade, which was about six years ago.

There’s almost nothing else I would rather do in my free-time than write. I feel that any time I’m able to sit down for a bit, I need my laptop at my side.

I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to my parents Tom and Kaye.

I’m a sophomore at Roosevelt High School, where I am pretty much just an average kid with above average talent.

I struggle with modesty.

I look forward to everything that I’ll contribute to this site. I’ve been very excited about the aspect of getting to write mock drafts that will receive both constructive and negative criticism.

I, also, look forward to getting to know the other people on NFL Mocks. Feel free to spark up any conversation with me. I’m always down for a good sports talk.
