Allow Me To Introduce…Myself

For those of you who got the lame Austin Powers reference thank you.

My name is Jesse Bartolis and I will be one of the two new editors on this site. I look forward to getting to know all of you and working with you, to not only make this one of the best draft web sites on the web, but also to make this one of the best communities in the web where we can all discuss everything we love about the N.F.L. Draft without personally insulting each other or being hostile.

My first blogging experience was at sportingnews.com where I wrote under the handle “Bartolis”. After blogging for a couple of years at Sportingnews I moved onto Giantsgab.com where I handled the bulk of the draft coverage.

And now I have come on board to NFLmocks.com and look forward to working with all of the readers to bring you the most comprhensive, interesting, and unique draft coverage on the web.

I am very familiar with the East coast teams, but luckily, the co-editor lives on the West Coast and has a good understanding of the West teams, which I hope will bring a good balance to this site.

I hope to continue doing the things on this site that the readers have come to enjoy, but also plan on expanding the coverage and including information and posts that might have been neglected on this site. I am very open to taking suggestions from the readers to springboard into new segments for this site. With that being said, feel free to leave comments about where you want to see this site go. What is missing from this site that you feel is important? What from this site did you enjoy the most.

Over the next few days we plan on rolling out  two new mock drafts: one each from the two new editors.

I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing your comments about how to improve this site moving forward.

I’d also like to say that while I can not promise that you’ll agree with me on everything the one promise I can make is that I will respond to reader comments. I write for the discussion and genuinely appreciate all comments and will try to respond to every comment that is written on this site in some form or another.
