So far we’ve only had one significant college football player decide his NFL future. That was Texas Longhorns quarterback Colt McCoy, who will be back for his senior season in Austin. McCoy wasn’t highly touted as a NFL prospect so it doesn’t affect much as far as mock drafts go.
The decisions of a lot of underclassmen will determine whether or not the 2009 NFL Draft is strong or weak.
