Did Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly just make the play of the day? Ole Miss is rolling against Georgia and Kelly is dialed in on deep balls…

How good is Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly? Let’s set it up with a fact that can’t be ignored…

The fact is, no one knows how to attack the ball downfield right now quite like Chad Kelly, and he might have just made the play of the day as Ole Miss is taking Georgia down.

Take a look at this…

That ball travels 65-plus yards in the air. Kelly is rolling to his right, has to avoid pressure, gets hit with a facemask, and then just yucks the ball downfield.

What an incredible play…

There are already many talking about Kelly as a potential first round pick in next year’s NFL Draft, which would be a heck of an ascent for him. He spent some time at Community College Powerhouse East Mississippi Community College in 2014 after starting his collegiate career at Clemson from 2012-13.

Kelly is the 30th ranked prospect by CBS Sports and is projected 25th overall to the Arizona Cardinals in Rob Rang’s latest mock draft. They’re not alone in giving Kelly some first round hype, and it would be really awesome for him to sort of see things come full circle after a disappointing start as a member of the Clemson Tigers.
