In this 2015 NFL Mock Draft, we take a look at many changes at the top. Read why the Oakland Raiders adjusted their pick and took another receiver who can seriously help Derek Carr and Co. in the future.

Read my last mock, version 2.0, here.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

1. player. 48. Major switch here. After thinking Marcus Mariota was the safest pick (I still do) while making this pick, I can’t deny what Jameis Winston brings to the table. He isn’t “safe”, but Lovie Smith clearly likes Winston. This is quickly becoming the obvious projection.. QB. Florida State. Jameis Winston

Tennessee Titans

Leonard Williams. 2. player. 35. No change here. Williams is the most talented player in this class and provides a very good fit for the Titans. Many insist on a quarterback here, but reports have made it clear that this team views Zach Mettenberger as the future. If that’s the case, Williams has to be the pick.. DL. USC

Jacksonville Jaguars

Randy Gregory. 3. player. 52. Another pick, no change. Gregory should be the first edge rusher taken — it certainly fits the major need that the Jaguars have. They need to get after quarterbacks much better in the future. This pick is another step in Jacksonville’s quest to pick outside of the top-five.. EDGE. Nebraska

Oakland Raiders

4. player. 28. Major adjustment here. Amari Cooper sat at the top of my positional rankings for the longest time, but after watching more tape, White is clearly the best in this class. His 40-yard dash time solidified that. Great pickup for Oakland here.. WR. West Virginia. Kevin White
