NFL Thanksgiving 2014 is upon us! On behalf of everyone at NFLMocks.com, we’d like to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. Today should be a day of relaxation, taking time out to appreciate everything and giving thanks for all that is good about this world, including NFL football! We’re extremely excited to have a huge slate of games today and we hope you enjoy all the NFL action as you stuff your face with turkey and mashed potatoes.

Like pumpkin pie and green beans at the dinner table, we’re thankful for many things in the NFL – teams in particular. We know we can have a lot of fun with listing the five NFL teams we’re the most thankful for, so why not start your morning with some NFL reading in this short slideshow? See if your team made the list!

We almost decided to publish a “Five things we aren’t thankful for” piece, but how would that relate to the holiday spirit? Let’s all stay positive on this holiday that thrives on food and football.

We all know these opinions will vary, so be sure to weigh in below in the comments section on why you are thankful for your favorite team – even if it is those dreaded Dallas Cowboys! Our staff admittedly has their favorite teams, and we know you do too.

Let’s jump right in…

NOTE from staff: We are thankful for NFLMocks.com’s loyal readers. We can’t thank you guys enough for reading our NFL/NFL Draft content daily. We strive to provide great NFL coverage, thankful that we can be a part of the fantastic FanSided network. A big THANK YOU!
