Fantasy Football Sleepers: START Redskins QB Kirk Cousins

In this edition of Fantasy Football Sleepers, we’re here to go out on a limb and make five bold predictions that might just turn out to be game-winners in Week Five.

Without further ado, let’s take a look:

Redskins QB Kirk Cousins

Against the Seahawks on Monday Night Football, Cousins has a challenge ahead of him. He’ll be at home with some healthy weapons however, so I like Cousins for a big game. Look for him to get passing opportunities in the red zone.

Rams RB Zac Stacy

This isn’t as much a sleeper pick as it is a selection to keep you confident. You probably drafted Stacy high. If that’s the case, you’re going to get rewarded big time today. Look for Stacy to have a huge matchup against Philly.

Chiefs RB Knile Davis

If you’re desperate, you need to start Davis this week. With the Jamaal Charles struggles likely to continue against the San Francisco 49ers, Davis could be inserted in to provide a spark. This is a bold prediction, but it could seriously pay off.

49ers WR Michael Crabree

Crabtree is often underrated by everyone in the fantasy football community, but he deserves some major respect – and gets it every time he goes off in a big game! He’s had at-least eight targets in his last three games, something that will continue against the Chiefs. Look for a 6+ catch day with the potential for one huge one that puts your team over the edge.

Browns QB Johnny Manziel

This is bold. Maybe too bold. But heck, why not give you some hope  if you’re looking for some risk…

There might be some opportunities today if Hoyer doesn’t show up to play. Kyle Shanahan has been using Johnny Football a bit more as a distraction as of late… Maybe this is the week things start getting real for the media darling.
