2014 NFL Draft Grade: Tennessee Titans Select Bishop Sankey, RB, Washington

With the 54th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans have selected Bishop Sankey, RB, Washington.

The first running back off the board fills a major need for the Titans who released Chris Johnson earlier this offseason.

This is one of the most complete backs in the draft, who can be a pounder inside, has great vision, and is a dangerous receiver. I think he has enough upside for sure to be the top back coming out of this year’s draft, and should be the early favorite to receive the most carries for the Titans this season.

This is a solid, solid pick.

Pick Grade: A

The Titans desperately needed to add a back in this draft, and they might have gotten the best one.
