With the 31st overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos have selected Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State.

This is an excellent value for a defense that has already added some huge names through free agency. Roby had some maddening inconsistencies at Ohio State but is a fearless player with phenomenal athletic ability who can step in and play a reserve role for the Broncos immediately.

Roby has the ability to be a shut-down corner in the NFL but he’s going to need the great coaching he’s going to get with the Denver Broncos.

I think this is a very good late first round pick.
