2014 NFL Draft Order Update: Picks 1-28 Set

And then there were four.

Only four teams remain in the race for the NFL’s biggest prize, while the rest of the league is left wondering what the next steps are. Many are taking the next step in hiring and shuffling coaches around, and everyone’s getting ready for the 2014 NFL Draft already.

With the Scouting Combine next month, teams are getting ready for events like the Shrine Game, Senior Bowl, and individual Pro Days and regional combines. As more teams exit the playoff race, the draft order becomes more and more solidified.

Here’s how things look after the divisional round of the NFL playoffs:

**16 and 17 to be decided by a coin flip

Picks 25-28 were decided over the weekend as the Chargers, Colts, Saints, and Panthers were eliminated from playoff contention. The pick owned by the Colts will go to the Cleveland Browns via the Trent Richardson trade, giving Cleveland pick #4 and #26 in the first round.
