Scouting Report/Player Notes

Very versatile offensive lineman. Started for three years for the Orange, and will likely be able to step into a starting role as a rookie in the NFL. I think Pugh has the talent to play guard, center, or right tackle in the NFL, but some teams are concerned with his arm length. He is one of the smartest players in the entire draft.
