Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts are coming off of an emotional win against the Miami Dolphins which was followed up by head coach Chuck Pagano’s post-game speech that you’ve been hearing about all week.

Pagano’s inspiration for this team is real, and after 20-some players shaved their heads in honor of their team’s leader, this team is 5-3 and looking to improve to 6-3 with a win over division rival Jacksonville.

The Jaguars are having a terrible season, so on paper, this game looks like one the Colts really should be able to win. Can they keep their playoff hopes alive? Here is a fantasy football preview for tonight’s game:

Fantasy Studs

Reggie Wayne, WR, Colts

Wayne is really the only stud in this game. He only has three touchdowns this season, but he catches a ton of passes and has averaged over 100 yards per game so far this season. He is playing great football and is well on his way to another Pro Bowl selection.

Gotta Start ‘Em

Andrew Luck, QB, Colts

Again, Luck doesn’t have a ton of TD passes, but he is getting a LOT of yards through the air. He’s also a threat to score via his legs, so I think at this point, unless you are rolling with a true elite quarterback like Rodgers, Brees, Manning, etc., Luck is a great play for you and he could have a breakout big game against the Jags.

Sleeper Starter Picks

Cecil Shorts, WR, Jaguars

Shorts really isn’t anyone that’s going to wow you, but he has great speed and big play ability, and could be a nice start for you tonight with some Colts problems in the defensive backfield.

Justin Blackmon, WR, Jaguars

Why not on Thursday night? Justin Blackmon has yet to have a breakout game this year, and maybe a home game against a division rival is exactly what he needs to get going this season. That, and a good quarterback.

Dwayne Allen, TE, Colts

Coby Fleener is out, and when the Colts get into the red zone, I think Luck is going to be able to find an open Dwayne Allen. If you have TE problems, pick this guy up and give him a shot tonight.
