According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, veteran cornerback Drayton Florence will visit the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday, and the Denver Broncos on Wednesday. Florence has been in the NFL since 2003, when he was a 2nd round pick of the San Diego Chargers.
He will be 32 this season, and the Broncos have been stock-piling cornerbacks. They got rid of Andre’ Goodman, so this would be an interesting pickup for them. The Titans lost Cortland Finnegan, but they have a couple of guys ready to start in his place.
No matter which place Florence chooses to go, he will likely play a depth role. He has three interceptions in each of the last two seasons, and seven in the last three years.
