All of our scouting reports for each of these players (and 150 total are on our scouting report page)

1. Indianapolis Colts (0-11): Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford

This seems to be a near foregone conclusion. The only thing I wonder is if this will prompt the Colts to trade Peyton Manning, because Luck will start from day one.

2. Minnesota Vikings (2-9): Matt Kalil, OT, USC

The Vikings need to protect their former first round investment, QB Christian Ponder and getting the athletic Kalil is a great way to do it.

3. St. Louis Rams (2-9): Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State

Sam Bradford is having an awful sophomore slump, and having Brandon Lloyd only solves half the problems. Pettis and Salas are merely solid 3rd and 4th options at this level, while Blackmon has star potential. I think they are a serious candidate to trade down right here.

4. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-8): Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina

The Jaguars are in the same boat as St. Louis, but they have to continue to add to their investment of Blaine Gabbert and getting Jeffery is a great step in the right direction. If he displays elite athleticism at the combine, he should be a top 10 pick.

5. Carolina Panthers (3-8): Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU

Claiborne is still improving, but he has the talent to be a shut-down corner in the NFL. I think he is more polished as a CB at this point than Patrick Peterson, though he doesn’t have the size or athletic ability. He is very fast and would fit well with the Panthers’ defense.

6. Miami Dolphins (3-8): Matt Barkley, QB, USC

The Dolphins may have to trade up to pull this off, but they get a really good one in Matt Barkley, who is nearing Luck’s hype status.

7. Washington Redskins (4-7): Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor

Griffin is an elite athlete with great speed, arm strength, and intelligence. He should be a top 10 pick guaranteed and the Redskins are a great spot for him to land where Mike Shanahan will utilize his skills to perfection.

8. Arizona Cardinals (4-7): Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa

The Cardinals have horrible pass protection, and Reiff is one of the best linemen in all of college football. This wouldn’t be a sexy pick, but a safe pick that would pay huge dividends.

9. Philadelphia Eagles (4-7): Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College

Kuechly has elite intangibles and is a tackling machine. I am surprised he’s not more highly rated as a prospect because his breed is a rare one.

10. Cleveland Browns (4-7): Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama

This is a steal. I think the Browns will move on from Peyton Hillis and replacing him with Trent Richardson would be a fantastic move for this organization.

11. Kansas City Chiefs (4-7): Alamada Ta’amu, DT, Washington

The Chiefs add a guy up front who can help defend against two of the best rushing teams in the NFL, the Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders.

12. Seattle Seahawks (4-7): Dre’ Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama

Kirkpatrick is an athletic freak with great upside who would add talent to a talent-depleted position for the Seahawks.

13. San Diego Chargers (4-7): Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford

Philip Rivers goes unprotected no more with the addition of Martin, one of the best blind-side protectors in the land.

14. Tampa Bay Bucs (4-7): Alfonzo Dennard, CB, Nebraska

Tough, physical kid who has really come on as of late. He was considered a better prospect than his former teammate, Prince Amukamara.

15. Buffalo Bills (5-6): Quinton Coples, DL, North Carolina

The Bills need to add some pass rush threats, and Coples is a guy who can provide that from a bunch of different positions up front. His versatility will be valuable and the Bills end his fall right here.

16. Tennessee Titans (6-5): Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois

The Titans get a very good pass rush prospect in Whitney Mercilus, who is leading the nation in sacks after a weight room disaster this past summer. I think this would be a smart addition for the Titans.

17. New York Jets (6-5): Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia

Jones is a pass rusher who would fit in perfectly to Rex Ryan’s defense, and I think the Jets need to make adding a pass rusher a priority this offseason.

18. Denver Broncos (6-5): Zach Brown, LB, North Carolina

The Broncos add one of the fastest linebackers in the draft in Zach Brown, who would fit their philosophy as the best player available here. Putting him with Von Miller sounds pretty frightening.
19. New York Giants (6-4): Brandon Thompson, DT, Clemson

Likewise, the Giants pick up the best defensive player available here in Brandon Thompson. They are always looking for big, athletic guys and Thompson also fits their craving for defensive linemen.

20. Dallas Cowboys (7-4): Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin

The Cowboys’ center currently is just terrible. Adding Konz would be an instant upgrade.

21. Atlanta Falcons (7-4)(traded to Cleveland): Vontaze Burfict, LB, Arizona State

Cleveland takes a shot at the extremely talented but slightly troubled linebacker from Arizona State who fills a need at LB.

22. Oakland Raiders (7-4)(traded to Cincinnati): Janoris Jenkins, CB/RS, North Alabama

The Bengals are not afraid to take risks on character players, and Janoris Jenkins is a top talent who falls because of character flaws.

23. Cincinnati Bengals (7-4): Lamar Miller, RB, Miami

Lamar Miller would be a great addition for Andy Dalton and the Bengals’ offense. He could take over for Cedric Benson as the full-time back immediately.

24. Chicago Bears (7-4): Dwight Jones, WR, North Carolina

Big, speedy wide receiver with all the tools needed to be an elite WR. Playmaker that Jay Cutler desperately needs.

25. Detroit Lions (7-4): Levy Adcock, OT, Oklahoma State

Again, not a flashy pick, but the Lions need some help up front and Adcock is a guy who has been productive in a pass happy offense.

26. New Orleans Saints (7-3)(traded to New England): Devon Still, DL, Penn State

The Patriots get a guy here who can add to their pass rush and make plays in the backfield, something they desperately need up front.

27. Houston Texans (8-3): Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor

Wright has elite speed and has proven to be one of the most reliable receivers in the country. I like his upside for Houston at this point.

28. New England Patriots (8-3): Courtney Upshaw, LB, Alabama

Patriots add one of the draft’s best pass rushers from a star-studded defense.

29. Baltimore Ravens (8-3): Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State

Adams adds some youth to an offensive line that is really hurting for just that. I think this is a solid fit for the Ravens.

30. Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3): David DeCastro, OL, Stanford

This would be an absolute steal for the Steelers, who need to upgrade their offensive line.

31. San Francisco 49ers (9-2): Billy Winn, DL, Boise State

Billy Winn has been consistently productive for the Broncos, and I think he would be a nice addition to one of the best front sevens in the NFL.

32. Green Bay Packers (11-0): Jerel Worthy, DL, Michigan State

Jerel Worthy has no business falling this far in the draft, but the Packers wouldn’t complain. He is a nice value pick at this slot.
