#3 Oklahoma 4-0 (1-0) VS #11 Texas 4-0 (1-0) 12 PM Noon ABC

Landry Jones is going up against a Texas defense that lost 3 NFL corners to the 2011 NFL Draft.  This Longhorn defense does have 2 safeties in their secondary though.  Kheeston Randall is a defensive tackle who can also play the 5 technique.  Oklahoma has one of the best pass blocking lines to protect Jones.  Jones also has Broyles and Stillis as receiving targets to throw to.

Prediction Oklahoma 34 Texas 17

#17 Florida 4-1 (2-1) VS #1 LSU 5-0 (2-0) 3:30 PM Eastern CBS

I get the feeling that this game will be an early blowout and fail to live up to the hype.  Jeff Driskel a 5 star recruit at quarterback is making his first career start against a deadly LSU secondary in Death Valley.  This looks like a win for LSU as long as the Tigers keep Florida’s front 7 in check.

Prediction LSU 27 Florida 10

#22 Arizona State Sun Devils 4-1 (2-0) VS Utah 2-2 (0-2) 3:30 PM Eastern Root Sports or 12:30 PM Pacific FSN

I picked Stanford over Arizona State in this seasons Pac 12 Championship back in July.  The rest of the country picked Utah to win the Pac 12 South.  Utah is already 0-2 in PAC 12 play and one has to wonder if they are legit.  Utah is coming off a loss to Washington last week.  LaMichael James the Oregon back will likely miss next weeks game against Arizona State.  If Utah can catch Arizona State napping looking ahead they got a shot.  Right now it looks like we could see Arizona State and Stanford in the PAC 12 Championship at this rate.

Prediction Arizona State 27 Utah 24 Overtime

#15 Auburn 4-1 (2-0) VS #10 Arkansas 4-1 (0-1) 7 PM Eastern ESPN

This looks like a do or die game in the SEC.  The winner of this game has a chance to be a spoiler in the SEC West while the loser will play for pride and a bowl bid.  Next season Auburn and Arkansas will probably be the two favorites in the SEC West so this could give us an early look at the 2013 SEC West Champion.

Georgia 3-2 (2-1) VS Tennessee 3-1 (0-1) 7 PM Eastern ESPN 2

All offseason SEC forums of Georgia and Tennessee fans have been creating trash talk between Aaron Murray and Tyler Bray as to who the better quarterback is.  We will find out who is better on Saturday.  This game should also have implications on who the SEC East Favorite will be within a year from now.

Ohio State 3-2 (0-1) VS #14 Nebraska 4-1 (0-1) 8 PM Eastern ABC

Ohio State returns left tackle Mike Adams who ends his suspension.  Among the current Buckeyes suspended Adams is the highest graded prospect.  This game will give us a better idea of how he does against a stingy Nebraska defensive line.
