Poor Glover Quin. To remind you of how badly the Texans need help in the secondary, cornerback especially, Quin was the one who batted the Hail Mary pass from David Garrard into Mike Thomas’ hands for the game-winning score a couple of weeks ago. Another safety is needed to help Bernard Pollard as well. Owen Daniels is a potential free agent, so tight end may have to end up being taken care of as well. Defensive tackle needs an upgrade and a wide receiver to take some heat off of Andre Johnson would be great, too.

Indianapolis Colts

An upgrade or two along the offensive line is needed. Peyton Manning really needs a legit franchise left tackle to protect him since his play has slid slightly (which is still great) as of this year. Boston College’s Anthony Castonzo and Wisconsin’s Gabe Carimi will be in the Colts’ draft range in the first round. Defensive tackle needs upgrades as well. They need to be able to stop the run. This is going to be a strong draft for the defensive line and the Colts will be wise to get a defensive tackle or two. It’ll do wonders for them.

Jacksonville Jaguars

David Garrard has had a surprising year and the position is no longer their most desperate need. However, they need to draft a developmental prospect or their next franchise quarterback. Their biggest need is in the defensive backfield. Derek Cox and Rashean Mathis aren’t playing up to their potential and the safeties have been a revolving door this year, in terms of starters and opponents’ wide receivers making plays. Vince Manuwai and Brad Meester are getting older, so the interior of the offensive line needs upgrades, as well.

Tennessee Titans

Quarterback. First and foremost, the Titans need a better quarterback. Vince Young has been a nice project since he was drafted, but things have really fallen apart. Owner Bud Adams may have to make a choice: VY or Head Coach Jeff Fisher. There could also be upgrades coming to cornerback. Outside and inside linebacker is also a need for the Titans. There are a handful of linebackers who could become free agents in 2011.
