We have waited all week for Saturday, and now it is finally here! Conference battles are starting up and there are still a few great out of conference match-ups to keep you one with your couch.  GameDay is going to be a weekly article that includes you, the fans.  We will throw out topics for discussion and it’s up to you to keep them going throughout the day.  The NFL Mocks crew will be in and out to answer any questions or fuel some heated discussions.  Have fun with this everybody!

College Football is such a great experience and so much fun to follow.  Each and every week we are blessed with unbelievable match-ups that have a direct impact on the conference and national championship scenes.  This week opens up conference play for the majority of big time schools and we have 6 games that are inter-conference match-ups boasting ranked teams.  The schedule is highlighted by #7 Florida traveling to #1 Alabama that could very well determine who will be playing for a National Title later in the year.  Last week Texas lost to UCLA which has had a damping affect on the Red River Rivalry but it is still a great game pinning two rivals head to head.  The Big 10 has a pair of games that will go a long way in determining the Big 10 champion and perhaps who gets the Rose Bowl bid.  #11 Wisconsin travels to #24 Michigan State to take on the Spartans who have Mark Dantonio returning to the coaches booth just a few weeks after a mild heart attack.  #22 Penn State hopes to play the spoiler roll this season as they take on #17 Iowa.  A very important game will be played in the Pac 10 this week too when #9 Stanford plays #4 Oregon and this could arguably be the most exciting game on the schedule!

All of these games include several pro prospects and the top matchups are outlined in our Key Matchup Post.  Feel free to stop by and leave a comment letting us know what players impressed you.
